IT Senior Sales Account Manager

About the role

The IT Senior Sales Account Manager will lead the development and growth of enterprise‑level client relationships, delivering tailored IT solutions that drive revenue and customer satisfaction. This role combines deep technical knowledge of software, hardware, and cloud services with strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high retention.
• Identify new business opportunities, conduct cold‑calling, networking, and attend industry events to acquire new clients.
• Understand client needs, propose customized IT solutions, and achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
• Regularly review accounts to uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and execute strategic sales plans.
• Present and demonstrate IT products, services, and solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple enterprise accounts and delivering IT solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and independent work capabilities in a fast‑paced environment.
