IT Service Associate

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is looking for an IT Service Associate to join its Riyadh office. The role supports both internal BCG teams and client sites, ensuring technology runs smoothly across a variety of platforms. You will work closely with the Riyadh IT Manager in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical support for PCs, Macs, iOS and Android devices in office and client locations.
• Deploy, configure and migrate data on Windows and macOS laptops, applying BCG standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot printers, network equipment, and video‑conference systems (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx).
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with external vendors when needed.
• Support special events such as executive speeches, press conferences and off‑site meetings.
• Document technical procedures and create end‑user guides.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to follow BCG policies and adapt guidelines to business needs.
• Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh and travel to client sites as required.
