IT Support Engineer (EUC – Band 2)

About the role

The IT Support Engineer (EUC – Band 2) will act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of cabling, network, and desktop infrastructure. The role involves coordinating hardware deliveries, supporting installations, and handling change requests within standard business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cabling works with the vendor, including sharing progress photos.
• Manage WAN circuit installations with telco providers and local voice vendors.
• Oversee onsite delivery of network hardware, cabling, desktop kits, AV kits, and voice equipment.
• Assist with desktop installations alongside the cabling vendor.
• Submit and track change requests as needed.
• Provide initial configuration for network devices.
• Support the DC team at colocation sites.
• Work standard local business hours with flexibility for weekend and additional weekday tasks.

Required profile

• Strong coordination skills with external vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional extra weekday effort.
• Experience in supporting desktop and network hardware deployments.
