IT Support Intern

About the role

This internship provides hands‑on experience in supporting the organization’s computer systems and networks. You will work under supervision to install, configure, and maintain hardware and software while assisting the IT helpdesk.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and configuring user workstations and peripheral devices.
• Support the IT helpdesk by logging and following up on support tickets.
• Help troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues under supervision.
• Maintain the IT asset register and equipment inventory.
• Support user onboarding and off‑boarding tasks such as account creation and device preparation.
• Learn and assist with basic ERP system operations and end‑user support.
• Assist in coordinating ISP‑related activities, including invoice verification, new line requests, and vendor correspondence.
• Perform any other IT‑related tasks assigned by the IT team.

Required profile

• Recently completed a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Willingness to learn, strong teamwork, good communication skills, and adaptability.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware.
• Basic knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
