IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for end‑user technology issues across Nova® Water. The role provides Level 1 and Level 2 support, ensuring incidents are logged, diagnosed and resolved quickly to keep business operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and log IT incidents and service requests via phone, email, ticketing system or walk‑ins.
• Provide Level 1/2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and standard business applications.
• Administer user accounts, access and permissions in Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID.
• Offer first‑line support for core enterprise applications such as SAP, e‑commerce and service‑management platforms.
• Support corporate telephony, unified communications and video‑conferencing tools.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi‑Fi and VPN connectivity issues and escalate when needed.
• Onboard new joiners – hardware provisioning, account creation, software installation and policy orientation.
• Maintain IT asset and software‑license inventory, apply security patches and manage endpoint protection.
• Document incidents, service requests and follow IT governance, security and HSE guidelines.
