IT Systems Specialist – Film Studios

About the role

The IT Systems Specialist will provide operational IT support and coordinate systems for a film studio environment. You will ensure that business and operational systems are available, reliable, secure, and ready for day‑to‑day studio activities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily IT operational support and user assistance across the studio asset.
• Implement, administer, and maintain business systems, operational platforms, applications, and core infrastructure.
• Coordinate booking systems, reporting tools, access‑related systems, and productivity platforms required for studio operations.
• Monitor incidents, service requests, recurring issues, and performance metrics, escalating as needed.
• Work with centralized IT teams and external providers to ensure service continuity and compliance.
• Support cybersecurity controls, user access management, password/account administration, and data protection.
• Prepare IT infrastructure and user environments for activation milestones, tenant onboarding, workshops, and events.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues in office and operational settings.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, license trackers, documentation, and operational logs.
• Assist with disaster recovery, backup coordination, and business continuity planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT operations, systems support, or service‑desk environments.
• Experience supporting operational assets in hospitality, entertainment, events, or similar service‑intensive settings is preferred.
