Junior Management Consultant – Saudi National

About the role

Pearls Consulting is looking for a motivated Junior Management Consultant to support client projects across Saudi Arabia. You will work alongside senior consultants and client teams to analyse business challenges, develop practical recommendations and help implement high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in strategy development, business planning and operational optimisation.
• Support business process improvement initiatives in areas such as supply chain, procurement, finance, warehousing, facilities, HR and IT.
• Contribute to project management and PMO activities, including change management and organisational transformation.
• Gather, structure and analyse data, and present insights through reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Prepare client deliverables and support workshops, meetings and stakeholder interviews.

Required profile

• Degree from a recognised engineering, business, economics or management programme.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and deliver quality output.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships or project‑based work.
