Junior Medical Representative – Pharma & Wellness

About the role

The Junior Medical Representative will promote and sell ARAC’s pharma and wellness products to healthcare professionals within an assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the company’s growth in the cosmeceutical market.

Key responsibilities

• Professionally promote company products and collect orders from customers.
• Manage near‑expiry goods to optimise profit and reduce waste.
• Provide continuous feedback on customer challenges and market requirements.
• Report daily activities and issues to the wellness supervisor.
• Track daily operations, resolve problems, and report on market feedback.
• Collect, maintain and regularly update the customer database.
• Classify and qualify customers to support KPI setting for the cosmeceutical business unit.
• Ensure data flow through the CRM system and keep market data current.
• Implement scheduled operational and marketing strategic plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• At least 2 years of experience in a cosmetic or cosmeceutical company.
• Proficient in English (required) and Arabic (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for customer data management.
