Junior Sales Development Representative

About the role

Ibtdara is seeking a proactive Junior Sales Development Representative to join its growing sales team in Jeddah. You will be one of the first points of contact for inbound prospects, qualifying their needs and passing high‑potential leads to senior sales colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Review and screen large volumes of inbound leads.
• Contact leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Assess prospect requirements, interest level, and suitability.
• Prioritize qualified leads and separate low‑quality inquiries.
• Maintain accurate lead data and follow‑up records in the CRM.
• Conduct timely follow‑ups with interested prospects.
• Hand over qualified leads to senior sales representatives.
• Meet lead qualification and response‑time targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in Urdu/Hindi and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident phone communication with customers.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑handling abilities.
• Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and spot genuine opportunities.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle high lead volumes.
• Proactive, energetic, and target‑oriented.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, tele‑sales, lead generation, or business development is preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
