Key Account Executive

About the role

TruKKer is seeking a Key Account Executive to manage and grow strategic enterprise relationships across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Based in Jeddah, you will be the primary point of contact for high‑value B2B customers, ensuring service excellence while driving revenue and margin growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise key accounts across KSA, handling the full lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Develop and execute account‑specific growth plans with monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Conduct regular client review meetings to discuss performance, service improvements and new opportunities.
• Manage daily commercial activities including quotations, rate negotiations, contract renewals, RFQ responses and tender submissions.
• Negotiate commercial terms in coordination with the pricing team while maintaining margin discipline.
• Collaborate with Operations, Network Planning and Customer Service to ensure flawless execution of every load.
• Resolve operational issues such as delays, claims, documentation gaps and payment disputes promptly.
• Track service KPIs (on‑time pickup/delivery, POD turnaround, claims ratio) and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor payment collections with Finance to maintain healthy DSO.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline forecasts and weekly/monthly reporting to leadership.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor activity to identify white‑space opportunities.

Required profile

• Customer‑first, commercially sharp professional with a strong track record in logistics or supply chain sales.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi logistics market, key shippers and major trade lanes.
• High ownership mentality, proactive and accountable.
• Strong execution discipline – delivers on commitments and resolves issues promptly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
