About the role
The Key Account Executive will own a portfolio of strategic customers, driving sales growth and ensuring contractual compliance. You will act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams, delivering tailored solutions in the plastic packaging industry.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and achieve sales targets for assigned accounts.
- Manage daily sales operations, including CRM updates and contract monitoring.
- Conduct regular face‑to‑face visits to strengthen customer relationships.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and ensure SLA compliance.
- Support new business generation through pricing, quotations, and tender participation.
- Coordinate monthly forecasting and gather relevant customer data.
- Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal divisions.
- Maintain and update price lists on a quarterly and annual basis.
Required profile
- College degree in a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or plastic packaging.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
- Highly self‑motivated, analytical, and able to work both independently and within a team.
