About the role
The Key Account Manager will lead regional sales initiatives for UIH diagnostic imaging products. You will be responsible for growing market share, building strong customer relationships, and coordinating cross‑functional teams to meet sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and coach the regional sales team to achieve market share goals.
- Participate in bidding activities and manage tender processes.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and service departments to ensure successful project execution.
- Drive regional marketing promotions, attend trade shows, and analyse market conditions.
- Build and maintain a customer‑focused network, addressing issues through internal coordination.
- Execute other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in medical or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the healthcare sector, preferably with diagnostic imaging equipment.
- Deep understanding of the diagnostic imaging ecosystem and its development trends.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Result‑driven attitude and solid management capabilities.
