About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead our Mobile and Fixed Network business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role combines deep technical knowledge of telecom infrastructure with strong client relationship management to expand our presence across enterprise and operator segments.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic key accounts within the telecom and networking sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with telecom operators, enterprise clients, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities for Mobile Network and Fixed Network solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and oversee contract management.
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors in the KSA telecom industry.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients as required.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in telecom sales or account management within KSA or the GCC.
  • Proven onsite experience in the KSA telecom sector.
  • Strong understanding of the KSA telecom market and customer landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple high‑value accounts.
