Key Account Team Leader – Data Center & Mission Critical

About the role

Based in Riyadh, the Key Account Team Leader will drive the growth of Daikin’s Data Center and Mission Critical business across Saudi Arabia. You will build and nurture strategic relationships with hyperscale operators, colocation providers, healthcare organisations, pharmaceutical firms, EPC and MEP contractors, consultants and government entities, positioning Daikin as the preferred HVAC partner for mission‑critical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business strategy for the Data Center & Mission Critical segment aligned with Daikin Saudi Arabia’s growth targets.
• Identify, qualify and manage a robust pipeline of projects from early specification through award and execution.
• Achieve annual sales, revenue, order intake and profitability objectives.
• Maintain trusted relationships with key decision‑makers and create strategic account plans to maximise long‑term growth.
• Influence early‑stage design and specification to secure Daikin’s preferred‑vendor status.
• Monitor market trends, investment activity and competitive dynamics in the Saudi Data Center and Healthcare sectors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic account management or key‑account sales within HVAC, data‑center, healthcare or mission‑critical markets.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior‑level customers and partners.
• Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, product, service and sales teams.
