Last Mile Supervisor

About the role

The Last Mile Supervisor will lead and support a team of delivery personnel, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries across Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on optimizing routes, maintaining vehicle readiness, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of last‑mile delivery staff.
• Plan, monitor, and adjust delivery routes for efficiency.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery process to meet on‑time targets.
• Resolve delivery issues and delays promptly.
• Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery performance.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and schedule routine inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in last‑mile delivery operations.
• Additional certification in Logistics Management is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi geography and delivery processes.
• Effective communication and team‑leadership abilities.
