Laundry Team Leader

About the role

Hyatt Place Al Ula is seeking an experienced Laundry Team Leader to oversee daily laundry operations. You will ensure high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest service while managing a dedicated team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily laundry operations and team activities.
• Assign tasks and coordinate staff schedules.
• Ensure proper handling of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry.
• Monitor quality standards for washing, ironing, and delivery.
• Maintain laundry equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in laundry operations, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Good understanding of laundry processes and equipment.
• Ability to manage workload in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Excellent English communication.
