Lead Applications Development Specialist (Mobile App & Web)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Applications Development Specialist to drive the implementation of mobile and web solutions. You will translate approved designs into high‑quality, secure, and scalable code while guiding a team through best‑practice architecture and delivery standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation of mobile and web features, ensuring production‑ready code.
• Apply clean‑architecture patterns and maintain separation of concerns across layers.
• Develop and maintain React, React Native, and .NET codebases following coding standards and version‑control practices.
• Convert functional requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with analysts and architects.
• Identify dependencies, integration points, and risks related to APIs and system interactions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce quality controls, and validate performance and maintainability.
• Implement unit and integration testing to guarantee reliability and stable releases.
• Optimize performance at the code level, improving API calls, database efficiency, and client rendering.
• Apply secure development practices, including authentication, authorization, and data validation.
• Support production stability by troubleshooting complex issues and contributing to root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on software development experience with mobile and web technologies.
• Proven experience leading technical implementation of complex digital applications.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps‑driven delivery environments.
• Exposure to integration‑heavy, API‑driven architectures.
