About the role
ABB is seeking a Lead Division Controller for its Electrification Distribution Solution Division in Saudi Arabia. The role partners with marketing, sales and service managers to optimise financial performance and support strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Act as Finance Business Partner to division managers (Sales, Solutions, Service) for Saudi Arabia.
- Lead and develop a local team of controllers and analysts.
- Monitor, analyse and interpret financial results to support effective business decisions.
- Ensure commercial and risk management effectiveness.
- Evaluate financial implications of strategic decisions, build forward‑looking scenarios and recommend actions.
- Develop long‑term and short‑term financial plans and oversee business planning and forecasting.
- Maintain high‑quality, compliant financial data and ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
- CPA, CMA or MBA preferred.
- Approximately 10 years of finance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and performance.
- At least 4 years as a Local Business Controller in an Engineer‑to‑Order or complex project business.
- Structured, results‑oriented finance leader.
