Lead Electrical Engineer – Riyadh

About the role

You will lead the electrical engineering team for data‑center and mission‑critical projects in Riyadh, overseeing design through commissioning and ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards and program schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and engineering for data center and mission‑critical projects.
• Develop and review MV/LV distribution, UPS, generator, and protection designs.
• Set electrical design standards, specifications, and technical basis of design.
• Coordinate electrical scope with mechanical, civil, LC, and architectural teams.
• Review vendor submittals, shop drawings, load calculations, and equipment selections.
• Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and integrated systems testing for electrical systems.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with proven experience leading design on large‑scale, power‑critical projects.
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring ability, and coordination skills.
• Experience in data‑center or mission‑critical facilities and leading multidisciplinary teams.
