Leather Goods Production Supervisor

About the role

The Leather Goods Production Supervisor will lead daily manufacturing operations for Hola’s premium leather products in Riyadh. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules are consistently met while fostering a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily leather goods production activities across cutting, skiving, gluing, wrapping, stitching, hot stamping, assembly and finishing.
• Manage a team of 10–50 workers, monitor productivity and adherence to production schedules.
• Ensure all products meet Hola’s quality standards before shipment.
• Train new employees on production techniques and safety procedures.
• Identify production problems, implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement to reduce material waste.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to guarantee material availability.
• Maintain workplace organization following 5S standards and enforce company safety policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leather goods manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a leather products factory.
• Proven ability to lead production teams of 10–50 workers.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience with luxury leather products preferred.
