Litigation Coordinator

About the role

The Litigation Coordinator will support NAPCO National by managing all aspects of legal proceedings across multiple jurisdictions and case types. This role ensures that legal actions are efficiently coordinated, documented, and aligned with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Plead, represent, and coordinate plans with external lawyers for all court cases, including financial, labor, criminal, and human‑rights matters.
• Prepare and distribute monthly activity reports to division management.
• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of court verdicts.
• Represent the company at notarial offices to submit and track requests.
• Verify the implementation of new or updated regulations approved by Legal Affairs.
• Draft formal notes with supporting evidence for external counsel after Legal Affairs approval.
• Assist in preparing internal audit reports according to the annual work program.
• Ensure timely reporting and execution of legal projects.
• Review and approve affiliate documentation, conduct site visits, and validate account openings.
• Coordinate with internal departments to provide legal research support.
• Maintain accurate case documentation, docket management, and electronic case files with external lawyers.
• Provide legal input on company policies and procedures.
