About the role
Baytonia is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations and supporting supply chain management initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead a team while maintaining high standards of organization and problem‑solving.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.
- Coordinate supply chain activities, including inventory control and order fulfillment.
- Lead and manage a logistics team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues under pressure.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (part of Microsoft Office suite).
