Maintenance Professional – Guideway & 3rd Rail

About the role

As a Maintenance Professional for the Guideway and 3rd Rail subsystem, you will support the subsystem leader in maintaining 97 km of single track across 21 stations, ensuring service availability and meeting maintenance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in internal and contractual training to achieve high performance.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following method statements, Permit‑to‑Work procedures and Alstom safety rules.
• Execute planned and unplanned maintenance tasks promptly to avoid service disruption.
• Identify and communicate critical issues proactively to the leader.
• Report activities transparently using the designated tools and adhere to configuration‑change processes.
• Support EHS objectives by promoting close‑call reporting and ensuring compliance with Alstom and customer policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in Guideway and 3rd Rail maintenance.
• Experience working in multicultural teams.
• Strong knowledge of railway products and systems.
• Professional reporting and documentation skills.
