Maintenance Supervisor – Riyadh

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the Riyadh branch’s maintenance unit, overseeing electricians, mechanics, welders, plumbers, painters and general technicians. The role ensures optimal performance, availability and safety of all plant equipment through comprehensive planning, execution and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute weekly and monthly maintenance plans for all devices and equipment.
• Prioritize and implement maintenance procedures to minimise downtime and maximise plant availability.
• Manage emergency breakdowns, coordinate corrective actions and ensure rapid response.
• Oversee documentation in SAP or CMMS and maintain accurate records for each asset.
• Supervise installation, calibration and operation of silo equipment and other critical assets.
• Monitor inventory levels of maintenance parts and support budgeting for spare parts and repairs.
• Generate mechanical and electrical reports, submit periodic reports to headquarters and ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
• Continuously review and improve maintenance processes, applying international quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and supervise a multidisciplinary maintenance team.
• Strong knowledge of safety instructions, emergency response procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in preparing and managing maintenance budgets and inventory.
• Excellent reporting skills and attention to detail.
