Quality Control Manager (Food Service)

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to build and lead the Quality Management System for a premium food importer and distributor in Saudi Arabia. This strategic role will be created from scratch, giving you the chance to shape food safety and quality processes across the entire organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement a company‑wide Quality Management System (QMS) from the ground up.
• Establish quality procedures, policies and operational standards aligned with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP and SFDA regulations.
• Oversee quality controls in warehousing, logistics, supplier management and distribution.
• Lead internal and external audits, inspections, traceability activities and corrective‑action programmes.
• Promote a strong food‑safety and quality culture by working closely with operations, procurement, warehouse and commercial teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within Food Service, HoReCa or FMCG environments.
• Proven ability to build processes and structures in fast‑growing organisations.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
