Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to organise and plan work activities, monitor asset conditions and ensure efficient maintenance operations at NAPCO.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and plan project activities to meet short‑ and long‑term objectives.
• Collect, interpret and report raw data from various sources to support decision‑making.
• Observe asset status, analyse real‑time condition data and prioritise maintenance resources to minimise downtime and cost.
• Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials and finished products using simple to complex laboratory equipment.
• Identify, isolate and rectify faults, restoring assets to operational condition and applying Root Cause Analysis when needed.

Required profile

• Knowledge of a variety of machinery, spare parts and tools used in industrial maintenance.
• Ability to analyse data and generate clear reports.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to prioritize and optimise maintenance resources.
