About the role

The Associate Managed Services Operations Coordinator is an entry‑level position that supports internal service delivery teams in planning, coordinating, and monitoring operational activities. You will help ensure that services are delivered efficiently, meet SLA targets, and continuously improve overall service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing shift rosters and monitoring operational metrics.
• Support shift handover processes and manage client escalations.
• Dashboard key metrics and flag potential SLA breaches.
• Contribute to meeting SLA commitments and cost‑effective delivery.
• Monitor support service effectiveness and develop improvement plans.
• Identify client needs, risks, and issues, proposing appropriate solutions.
• Perform advanced operational tasks as directed by leadership.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication and structured reporting abilities.
• Organizational skills suited to a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Analytical and creative problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to quickly learn delivery processes and related systems.
• Comfort working across cultures and under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
