About the role

The Management Consultant will lead the design and implementation of an integrated governance and compliance framework for the supply chain. This role focuses on establishing committees, audit mechanisms, and risk‑management processes that align with international standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive supply chain governance and compliance framework aligned with global best practices.
  • Establish and activate a Compliance Steering Committee, defining its structure, authorities, and decision‑making processes.
  • Create the Committee Charter and a RACI matrix for clear role allocation.
  • Prepare policies, procedures, and controls related to supply‑chain compliance and governance.
  • Design oversight, monitoring, reporting mechanisms and dashboards for compliance and risk visibility.
  • Design and implement an internal and self‑audit framework, including audit programs, plans, checklists, and reporting templates.
  • Apply risk‑based auditing methodologies and develop proactive detection mechanisms for non‑conformities.
  • Analyze audit results and formulate corrective and improvement action plans.
  • Develop the Code of Business Ethics and Supplier Code of Conduct, integrating them with operational policies.
  • Support anti‑corruption measures, supplier due‑diligence, whistleblowing mechanisms, and protection procedures.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, integrity, and compliance throughout the supply chain.
  • Define KPIs, dashboards, and compliance‑risk reports, and aid automation of regulatory controls.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in governance, compliance, internal auditing and supply‑chain management.
  • Proven experience developing governance and compliance frameworks, establishing committees and charters, and designing internal audit procedures.
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant international standards and best practices.

Required skills

  • High‑level risk analysis, governance and compliance expertise.
  • Ability to develop policies, procedures and regulatory frameworks.
  • Skills in preparing executive reports and dashboards.
  • Capability to manage workshops and stakeholder meetings.
  • Professional communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
