About the role

The Manager Executive Health Services leads the delivery of premium healthcare experiences for VIP, VVIP, corporate and executive patients across CARE Hospitals and Clinics in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Director General, the role ensures high‑quality, confidential, and personalized services while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Executive/VIP patient services, coordinating appointments, diagnostics, and specialist consultations.
• Maintain VIP lounges, treatment rooms and ensure readiness of executive service areas.
• Monitor and improve patient satisfaction, handling feedback and complaints promptly.
• Lead, motivate and supervise staff, plan schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Track service KPIs, prepare performance reports and manage departmental budgets.
• Liaise with corporate clients, coordinate check‑up programs and develop executive wellness packages.
• Ensure compliance with CBAHI, JCIA, MOH regulations and hospital quality standards.
• Support risk management, infection control and confidentiality of patient information.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in executive or VIP health service management.
• Proven leadership and staff supervision abilities.
• Strong understanding of healthcare administration, patient service workflows and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
