About the role

The Manager of Technical Solution Specialist for the Middle East will lead a regional team of Application Specialists, delivering world‑class technical expertise to support sales, drive customer success and enable commercial growth for Sartorius.

Key responsibilities

Support sales and Application Specialists in evaluating opportunities, defining technical strategies and executing trials/demos.
Standardise trial/demo and customer installation/training SOPs to improve conversion and satisfaction.
Coach and develop distributor application specialists across the Middle East.
Allocate specialist resources in collaboration with the Head of Sales to align with commercial priorities.
Lead resolution of complex technical issues and escalations, and promote best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

Master’s degree in biotechnology, biochemistry or related life‑science discipline.
5‑8 years of experience in life‑science process development and manufacturing, with at least 3 years in team management.
Strong leadership, coaching and cross‑functional influencing skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

Process unit operations and process development.
cGMP bioprocessing experience.
Proficiency with CRM systems.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
