Manager of Technical Solution Specialist – Middle East

About the role

The Manager of Technical Solution Specialist for the Middle East will lead a regional team of Application Specialists, delivering world‑class technical expertise to support sales, drive customer success and enable commercial growth for Sartorius.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales and Application Specialists in evaluating opportunities, defining technical strategies and executing trials/demos.
• Standardise trial/demo and customer installation/training SOPs to improve conversion and satisfaction.
• Coach and develop distributor application specialists across the Middle East.
• Allocate specialist resources in collaboration with the Head of Sales to align with commercial priorities.
• Lead resolution of complex technical issues and escalations, and promote best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in biotechnology, biochemistry or related life‑science discipline.
• 5‑8 years of experience in life‑science process development and manufacturing, with at least 3 years in team management.
• Strong leadership, coaching and cross‑functional influencing skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Process unit operations and process development.
• cGMP bioprocessing experience.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
