Managing Consultant – Fraud SME (Advisors & Consulting Services)

About the role

The Managing Consultant – Fraud SME will join Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team to help clients across industries prevent and manage fraud. You will combine consulting expertise with Mastercard’s data assets and technology platforms to deliver strategic insights and actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end client engagements focused on fraud management, including strategy development, program design and implementation.
• Develop data‑driven strategies and technology‑enabled solutions that create measurable value for regional and global clients.
• Maintain and grow relationships with mid‑level to senior client stakeholders, assessing client culture, agenda and change readiness.
• Collaborate with internal Mastercard product, business development and analytics teams to scope and deliver integrated fraud solutions.
• Provide day‑to‑day project leadership, mentor junior team members and ensure high‑quality client deliverables.

Required profile

• Significant consulting experience in fraud risk, payments or related financial services domains.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to solve business problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior‑level audiences.
