Senior Engagement Director – AI Solutions

About the role

DataRobot is seeking a Senior Engagement Director to lead high‑impact AI initiatives for enterprise customers. You will act as the bridge between business leaders and technical teams, guiding the deployment of generative and agentic AI solutions that deliver measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex AI engagements, managing scope, timeline, budget and execution.
• Translate C‑suite business objectives into precise technical requirements for AI engineers and data scientists.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks related to data infrastructure, API integrations, and AI agent logic.
• Build trusted relationships with client sponsors, manage expectations and handle escalations.
• Drive adoption by advising on process changes needed to operationalise AI agents.
• Run agile sprints, stand‑ups and sprint reviews to maintain high delivery velocity.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in software engineering or solution architecture, preferably in AI/ML projects.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of delivering ROI‑focused AI solutions.
• Proven ability to manage senior‑level stakeholder relationships and complex organizational dynamics.
