Manifest Supervisor

About the role

A customer of Qureos Inc is hiring a Manifest Supervisor in Jeddah. The role supervises daily manifest operations, ensuring accurate shipment documentation, customs compliance and efficient coordination with customers, shipping lines, port authorities and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily import, export and transit manifest activities.
• Prepare, review and submit shipment manifests and related documentation accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, customers and relevant port authorities.
• Ensure compliance with ZATCA, MAWANI and applicable customs regulations.
• Monitor shipment movements, clearance status and documentation deadlines.
• Resolve manifest discrepancies, documentation errors and operational delays.
• Coordinate with SDES Dammam operations on cargo transfers and bonded shipments.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
• Support customer requirements and identify ways to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in shipping, customs clearance or manifest operations.
• Good knowledge of Saudi customs procedures and port operations.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and Arabic preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ZATCA/Fasah systems and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems.
