Manufacturing Associate Operator

About the role

The Manufacturing Associate Operator is responsible for running a food‑processing line efficiently and safely. You will work on a dedicated station, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and energy usage.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and control processing equipment to convert raw materials into finished product.
• Gather hourly process data, conduct quality wall meetings and record material usage.
• Monitor and minimize water, electricity and gas consumption.
• Identify and report food‑safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
• Summarize daily material, seasoning and oil efficiency in reports.
• Maintain housekeeping and GMP standards throughout the shift.
• Repair minor equipment issues and coordinate larger maintenance with technicians.
• Authorize line stoppage in consultation with laboratory staff when specifications are not met.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
• Good communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with team members.
