Manufacturing Development Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Development Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling manufacturing processes to improve product quality, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness while working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop new product samples and support new product introduction (NPI) with scalable manufacturing methods.
• Collaborate with product design, quality, and operations to ensure manufacturability and compliance.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, and validation reports.
• Lead trials, pilot runs, and process validation activities.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop product patterns and tooling in coordination with purchasing and suppliers.
• Manage pattern shipment and stakeholder delivery.
• Coordinate casting, machining, and final inspection of samples according to schedules and standards.
• Utilize Oracle ERP for product process tracking.
• Apply 5S methodology in all manufacturing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or process development.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as casting, machining, and inspection.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
