Manufacturing Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our manufacturing engineering team at the ARM facility in Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia. The role combines hands‑on supervision of CNC programmers and engineers with the planning and design of efficient production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team of manufacturing engineers and CNC programmers working with plasma, coping, milling and turning machines.
• Plan, design and continuously improve manufacturing processes and production methods.
• Determine manufacturing capacity and develop production schedules.
• Provide technical support for design, machining, modification and evaluation of parts.
• Assist in preparing time and cost estimates for projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising manufacturing engineers and CNC programming staff.
• Strong knowledge of machining operations such as plasma, coping, milling and turning.
• Ability to design and optimise manufacturing processes.
