Marketing & Communication Manager – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Communication Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives, brand management activities, and corporate communication strategies. The role is pivotal in strengthening our brand presence, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and driving performance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
• Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Oversee corporate communications, public relations, and media relations.
• Manage social media platforms, create content, and produce marketing materials.
• Monitor marketing KPIs and evaluate campaign performance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize return on investment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing and public relations.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience in retail, malls, hospitality or commercial sectors is preferred.
