About the role

The Marketing Director will lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives for a B2B engineering contracting firm that specializes in data centers, low‑current systems and related services across Saudi Arabia. The role is focused on strengthening market positioning, generating qualified leads and supporting business development and procurement functions.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives and target sectors.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities in engineering and contracting projects.
  • Collaborate with business development, sales and procurement teams to support tendering processes and client acquisition.
  • Oversee branding, corporate communications and digital marketing initiatives tailored to technical services.
  • Manage marketing campaigns targeting key industries related to the company’s divisions.
  • Prepare company profiles, presentations and marketing materials for pre‑qualification, bids and proposals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants and industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor and optimise marketing budgets, ensuring cost‑effective allocation and demonstrating ROI.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and project timelines.
  • Track industry trends, regulatory developments and emerging technologies relevant to engineering services.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing marketing, preferably within engineering, construction or technical B2B industries.
  • Proven experience supporting tendering and procurement cycles.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics and government/private sector procurement processes.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Saudi nationality required; females are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms.
