Public Relations Communications Manager

About the role

Keemart is seeking a seasoned Public Relations Communications Manager to safeguard and enhance its brand reputation across the Middle East. The role focuses on crisis management, media relations, and social media strategy to support rapid growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive crisis‑management manual tailored to the Middle East market, covering product quality, delivery, data security, and workforce issues.
• Set up a 24/7 social‑listening and early‑warning system that monitors mainstream platforms, local forums, and regional news sources.
• Lead the PR strategy on regional social media channels, continuously improving brand share of voice, image, and user goodwill.
• Create and execute brand content for key cultural moments such as Ramadan, Saudi National Day, and major sales events.
• Design an annual media agenda to secure consistent positive coverage beyond reactive crisis handling.
• Represent Keemart at industry forums, business exchanges, and public events, collaborating closely with public‑affairs teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of PR or communications experience, with at least 3 years operating in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region.
• Background in e‑commerce, technology, or platform companies; experience at a leading regional player is a plus.
• Fluent in English with the ability to produce high‑quality press materials; Arabic fluency strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the Middle East’s social‑media ecosystem and communication dynamics.
• Established local media and industry contacts; proven ability to manage agencies, in‑house teams, and lead a team of three or more.
