Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive supports the hotel's marketing strategy by creating creative content, managing digital platforms, coordinating campaigns and keeping the brand visible. The role helps drive revenue growth by improving the hotel's online presence, promoting offers and communicating consistently internally and externally. It is a full-time position in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hotel social media accounts (Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), create content and visuals, plan posts with marketing calendars, monitor performance and respond to inquiries
• Keep the hotel website and landing pages up to date, work with Revenue/Reservations on room offers and packages, and optimise online visibility through SEO and tagging
• Support campaigns for rooms, F&B outlets, spa, events and seasonal promotions, track results and prepare reports
• Maintain brand guidelines and help create flyers, menus, brochures, digital banners and presentations
• Arrange photoshoots, select and edit content, and coordinate with photographers and videographers
• Monitor competitors' marketing and promotions, and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
• Maintain marketing files and brand assets, and coordinate with external agencies, influencers and media when needed

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or a related field
• Hotel experience; previous hotel or hospitality marketing experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Creative, detail-oriented, able to manage several projects at once

Required skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva / Adobe)
• Time management, organisation and collaboration skills
