Marketing Manager - BOUNCE KSA

About the role

BOUNCE is looking for a Marketing Executive in KSA to be the engine behind how its brand shows up in the Saudi market. The role covers local social media, campaign execution, events, partnerships and on-the-ground marketing delivery, in a hands-on position suited to fast-moving environments.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the organic social presence on TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat in KSA, translating the brand's tone of voice and testing platform features such as in-platform bookings
• Create, write and edit content with in-house creatives, manage the social calendar in Sprout Social and track influencer visits and performance against KPIs
• Own end-to-end campaign execution: brief, coordinate, deliver and report, adapting global campaigns to Saudi audiences and updating Arabic and English venue pages
• Keep in-venue customer-facing collateral current and relevant for local audiences
• Support special events and activations, venue-led events, brand partnerships and community activations, and report on results
• Localize customer nurturing series and referral programs, and run tactical campaigns across database segments such as WhatsApp and email to drive repeat visitation
• Act as the marketing bridge between HQ and KSA venues, run campaign meetings, support sales initiatives and share monthly market insights
• Research competitors, prepare campaign briefs, event plans and post-activity reports, and coordinate local suppliers such as photographers and agencies
