Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative Marketing Specialist to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns for the Saudi market. The role will combine digital and traditional channels to build brand awareness, generate leads and support sales, while respecting local cultural norms and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and monitor digital campaigns across social media, email, website and selected traditional media.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitor activity in Saudi Arabia.
• Create and adapt promotional materials such as posts, brochures, email templates and presentations.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to generate and qualify leads through events, webinars and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and produce quarterly newsletters highlighting company achievements.
• Analyse campaign performance, provide insights and recommend improvements.
• Organise and promote both physical and virtual events, handling invitations, logistics and follow‑up.
• Develop customer case studies and testimonials to strengthen brand credibility.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with Saudi regulations and cultural standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven marketing experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia or GCC markets.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with local consumer behaviour and advertising regulations.
