Mechanical Site Engineer – Real Estate Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Site Engineer to lead the execution of mechanical systems for real‑estate projects in Riyadh. The role combines design review with hands‑on site management to ensure HVAC, plumbing and fire‑fighting installations meet project specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing and fire‑fighting systems.
• Review mechanical drawings and specifications and verify their proper implementation on site.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress, manage schedules and control budgets to meet deadlines.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare site reports, technical submittals, material requests and progress updates.
• Resolve technical and execution‑related issues promptly on site.

Required profile
