About the role
The Medical Representative will drive sales growth and profitability for our pharmaceutical portfolio within an assigned territory. You will build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, promote our products, and secure new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers using a relationship‑based approach.
- Demonstrate product features and advise customers on the best solutions for their needs.
- Identify and develop new accounts through research and prospecting activities.
- Prepare clear written proposals and quotations for customers.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and coordinate with marketing, logistics, and technical teams.
- Analyse market potential and create customer value plans.
- Report on customer needs, competitive activity, and market trends.
- Participate in conferences and industry events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, medical sciences or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical or related sector.
- Results‑oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driving licence.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using contact management software.
