Medical Representative – Women’s Health – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Medical Representative to join Organon’s Women’s Health team in Riyadh. The role involves promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, providing scientific and clinical information, and supporting the adoption of our solutions in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute calls to hospitals, clinics and pharmacies within the Riyadh territory in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver accurate scientific, clinical and outcomes data about Organon’s products to healthcare providers.
• Participate in scientific events, training sessions and educational programs for medical professionals.
• Maintain high ethical standards and ensure compliance with legislation and company values.
• Build and sustain relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Required profile

• Pharmacy graduate holding a valid pharmacy license.
• Saudi national, based in Riyadh.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Result‑oriented, team player and willing to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC applications.
