About the role

NewBridge is building a high‑impact, science‑driven Medical Affairs organization across MENA. We are seeking a Medical Science Liaison to lead scientific engagement for our portfolio in Saudi Arabia, focusing on peer‑to‑peer exchange and actionable medical insights.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Key Medical Experts and relevant stakeholders.
• Lead scientific discussions on disease state, clinical data, and treatment paradigms.
• Deliver educational presentations and support advisory boards, symposia, and congresses.
• Provide balanced, accurate medical information to healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Capture field insights to inform medical and cross‑functional strategies.
• Act as therapeutic area expert, supporting evidence generation activities such as IIS, publications, and research collaborations.
• Contribute to medical strategy execution and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
• 1–3 years of experience in Medical Affairs (MSL/Medical Advisor), preferably within a multinational company.
• Experience in a specialty therapeutic area.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
