Mobile Police Trainer – ICITAP (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Amentum is seeking qualified independent contractors to serve as Mobile Police Trainers for the U.S. Department of Justice ICITAP program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Assignments are short‑term (2‑6 weeks) and may involve travel to multiple locations such as Riyadh, Medina, Tabuk or Red Sea resort areas.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert instruction in one or more law‑enforcement disciplines (e.g., leadership, patrol operations, crime analysis, VIP protection, cyber security, crisis response, etc.) in classroom and field environments.
• Conduct training through Arabic/English interpreters as needed.
• Ensure all instructional equipment and materials are received, set up in good condition, and transferred to subsequent training sites.
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling with on‑site training managers.
• Utilize curriculum and training materials provided by ICITAP.

Required profile

• Subject‑matter expertise in at least one of the listed law‑enforcement training areas.
• Prior experience delivering training to police or security personnel.
• Ability to work on short‑term TDY assignments in Saudi Arabia.
• Comfort using interpreters for bilingual instruction.
