Multiple MEP & ELV Roles for Mega Projects in Qatar & Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking experienced professionals for a range of positions supporting large‑scale MEP and ELV mega‑development projects in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The roles span senior management, engineering, planning, procurement, quality, safety and site supervision, offering the opportunity to contribute to mission‑critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage or support delivery of MEP, ELV, fire protection, BMS and ICT works throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, coordinate and execute engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, cost control, contracts, commercial matters, logistics, procurement and resource allocation.
• Prepare, review and coordinate technical submissions, shop drawings, BIM models and engineering deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, international standards and local authority regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Supervise site teams, foremen and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient execution of works.
• Manage testing, commissioning, inspections, authority approvals, handover documentation and project close‑out.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 to 25+ years of relevant experience depending on the position.
• Proven experience in MEP, ELV, fire protection, BMS or ICT projects in large‑scale infrastructure.
