NCS Engineer

About the role

Yokogawa is looking for an NCS Engineer to contribute to the design, testing and implementation of engineering solutions that support our mission of sustainable industrial automation and digital twin technologies. You will work alongside senior engineers to ensure standards, inspections and contract activities meet the highest quality and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop engineering solutions, including feasibility testing and data validation.
• Assist in drafting engineering standards and specifications under senior guidance.
• Conduct inspections of engineering works and existing installations, recommending remedial actions.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, acting as the primary contact within the contract management plan.
• Identify process shortcomings and drive improvement initiatives through change‑management programs.
• Support knowledge‑management systems by providing advice and assistance to colleagues.
• Participate in product and solution development activities, analysing customer needs.
• Work within established project‑management plans to achieve defined goals.
• Develop personal capabilities through training, coaching and professional accreditation.
